Knock had his head leaned back against the rest of the car seat, his gaze cast downwards so that he was looking out ahead through the windshield at the road, while Korn navigated the early morning traffic in the driver's seat beside him.

They'd had a car for a while now, having decided to purchase one a little over a year ago for the sake of personal travel convenience in the city. It had been a positive adjustment from walking, biking or taking taxis, however, it hadn't taken them long to discover that Knock had a serious inclination toward road rage, so very quickly they'd mutually –after some arguing- decided that it was best to let Korn drive the car whenever there would be traffic, like during their morning commute to work and back again in the evenings.

So, Korn became the designated driver during those times, dropping Knock off at his work in the mornings before heading to work himself and then picking Knock up after work again to go home. Over all though, Korn ended up driving all the time anyway since Knock didn't really like to drive, he preferred to sit in the passenger seat and control the radio, or maybe pass the time busy on his phone with social media or a game. And sometimes when his phone started to bore him, he'd page through a magazine or entertain himself with mostly one-sided conversation while Korn concentrated on driving.

For a long time since working in his new job, Knock didn't spend as much time as he used to on his phone, although not because of all the complaining and nagging about it Korn used to do, but because he actually worked all day and was tired when he got home in the evening, and also, he'd honestly just kind of gotten over it after a while. He was a little older and little more focused now that he was working in a job he liked and making good money. Still, that didn't mean he couldn't enjoy it sometimes, and the commute to and from work were usually good times since Korn didn't like chatting while driving in heavy traffic.

Knock was presently scrolling through his Instagram feed with one hand, thumb tapping at the screen noiselessly, while his other hand propped his head up, his elbow rested on the window ledge of the door. It wasn't miserably hot that day, but since they both had to wear formal long sleeve shirts to work, they kept the aircon on in the car so they didn't start sweating before they even arrived at work for the day.

Knock was liking a few posts from friends and acquaintances as he scrolled, when his phone beeped and vibrated with a Line message notification. He saw that it was from Farm and he tapped into it, smirking and huffing out a breath of amusement when he read Farm's message asking his advice on what to buy Cho and Yiwah for their upcoming third year anniversary.

He clicked his tongue and shook his head, mumbling,

"As if I would have any good ideas." to himself as he tapped out a similar reply.

His mumble was heard over the low hum of the radio and Korn glanced over at him, looking from Knock's face to where he was tapping out a message on his phone,"What is it?" he asked neutrally and Knock glanced over at him just when he finished the message and had pressed send.
