"Wonderful." Hayashi groaned as he stood himself up, being the first to disappear into the hallway.

Thoughts started rushing through Wallace's head "Oh dear... this is about our quirks" he thought as he sweated nervously, getting up and following Hayashi down the hall, and in toe, so did the rest of the class.

Once everyone had changed appropriately into their gym uniforms, they gathered outside as Mrs. Sosaki has instructed them. Only to find their teacher light years away across the school field. Everyone seemed to groan and complain in unison about their upcoming trek. Except for Wallace, who was just muttering to himself feverishly. Paige, however, took the opportunity to teleport jump to Mandalay. The other students could almost feel the smugness radiating off of her even from a couple thousand meters away.

"So what exactly are we doing?" She asked, almost more monotone than usual.

"Be patient" Mandalay grinned in response. Surprisingly, not being startled by Paige's presence, as to be expected of a U.A. teacher. Instead, she casually rests a paw on Paige's head, ruffling her hair up as if they were good friends.

Most of the students were quiet on their journey, excluding Aiz and Izumi, who had to get their two cents into each other.

"This is pretty exciting right? I wonder what we're gonna do." Aiz chirped in whisper tones, her hair jiggled as she skipped.

"More like nerve wracking" Izumi stuttered out, only half joking.

"Oh lighten up a little, it'll be fun!" She playfully nudged him with her elbow, which only got a nervous shiver out of him in response.

As soon as the students finally huddled up around her, tired and ornery, Mandalay straightened herself out and started to speak,"I hope you're all ready for your first physical exam of the year, the quirk assessment test!" She threw a hand up in the air, her voice projected as if she was a game show host. Wallace tilted his head slightly, now wondering what 'backbreaking torture' was to be coming up.

"Sounds fun!" Aiz blurted aloud, "So what do you think is gonna happen?" She started to look to Izumi, but Wallace interjected instead.

"Well, probably a bunch of different exercises to test what our quirks can do, their limits, consequences, et cetera."

"Thaaaaaat's right Wallace! First one is the ball throw!" Mandalay cut in, pulling out her phone from her skirt pocket to record distance. "Would you like to go first?" She gestured towards a large circle marked in the dirt behind her.

"With pleasure!" Wallace strutted out from the crowd confidently, grabbing a ball from her on his way.

"Remember students!" She started lecturing again, "you can use your quirk in any wa-"

"WHAT THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING PAWED PUNK? THIS IS MY JOB!" Mandalay was quickly silenced by a loud voice right behind the grouping of students. When everyone whipped around, they were surprised to find the world's current number two hero, Katsuki Bakugo. He stood their standing tall and proud.

"I can take it from here" He crossed his arms as he strode brazenly through the gathering, forcing many of them to dart out of the way. Mandalay scoffed at him, "As you wish." She sarcastically curtsied before starting to walk off, but not before telepathically projecting a, "Good luck!" to everyone, except Bakugo.

"So can I throw it now or do I have to wait for someone else to pop up?" Wallace sighed, just wanting to get through his test.

"JUST THROW IT PUNK!" Bakugo yelled angrily and loud as if he was trying to talk over a passing train.
