Silver bullet, checked.

Wooden stake, checked.

Silver knife, checked.

Arrows, checked.

Onion spray, heck. Onions were not so effective against vampire, but Alexa kept the spray in her back pocket anyway.

Today, The Cluster would start the operation again after the break caused by sending one of their best agent to school, Alexa. Actually, there was special mission put by The Cluster for Alexa in that school, but they said that the time hadn't yet to come.

The Cluster, or headquarter like how Gerald like to say, got a call from fellow individual agents that there were attacks in the Marinette Club. One woman was found dry at the dump and the scars found in the neck was clearly a sign of a vampire attack.

Actually, vampire attacks were quite common in urban areas but this club was located downtown in the city. Ancient covenant between the vampire clan and the founder of The Cluster stated that vampires should not break the hunting boundaries. They were only permitted to hunt in urban, suburban areas, or even village. Which is why The Cluster was making their way to investigate the case, maybe hunt some vampires down.

"You ready?" Master asked.

"Yeah, I guess," Alexa answered while setting her gun in the belt.

"What do you mean by 'I guess', agent Alexa?"

Mimicking her voice, Alexa knew that Master was just kidding.

"School was taking down my ability," Alexa pouted.

"Maybe you should beat some bad guys in the school then," said Master chuckling.

"Or join the rugby team," Gerald chirped accross the hall.

Valentino, the head of local cluster, was already loosen his tie and brought some documents to the table, catching everyone's attention.

"Okay, listen up. It's seven p.m right now and I want everybody to be arrived at the club at eight. The stealth will work in disguise, the sniper will hide in the surrounding apartment, and the hunter-," Valentino shifted his gaze to Alexa, Gerald, and Master, "-you know what to do."

The so called hunter all nodded their heads together. With the cheers from Valentino, the agents were moving away to their vehicles, ready to drive to the crime scene.

"Is a club always crowded like this? I mean, look at these people! They were drunk but still forcing themselves to dance."

Hearing complaints from the female hunter, Master and Gerald could only shook their heads.

"Master, you should have put Alexa to work in a bar, not in school, " chirped Gerald, gaining a scold from the older.

"Shut up."

They were combing out the dance floor, but nothing was suspicious. Then something just clicked inside Master's mind.

"Alexa, go to the kitchen. Gerald, check the toilets. I will search behind the stage."

Separating their paths, each of them were now alone. Alexa held the silver knife in her left hand, handle at the fist and blade inside her long sleeve. Her right hand was ready to reach the gun anytime.

One of the stealth agent, Hope, told Alexa that he saw a strange human back in the kitchen. She was hurrying her step towards the kitchen. Opening the door, all she could see was an empty room.
