Chapter 2: Katsuki Bakugo - Origin!

                                    

                                              


                          
With a large explosion a heavily injured Bakugo launched himself to where he heard Izuku last. Damn it nerd, stay alive! The thought rushed through his head as he flew through the air.
                          
"Shigaraki, it's over!!" Izuku yelled while he launched forward and swung his leg.

                          
Bakugo quickly sat up, sweating heavily. "Just a nightmare... That nightmare..." For two years now, I've had the same nightmare... that because I wasn't there with him, to give that extra boost, maybe we failed... Maybe Shigaraki is still out there... Who am I kidding what guy who's just legs and arms can live... All For One managed to live without a head on the other hand... Maybe I'll tell Deku about if this stays for the day, it goes away normally... Bakugo thought while he got up and out of bed, heading to his kitchen and making himself breakfast.
                          
For the last two years Bakugo had been working at one of the few agencies that wanted his fiery attitude to be a part of their representation. The Endeavour agency. While still run by Endeavour, he was soon planning to retire and hand the reins to his son Shoto. Ever since Lemillion came back he was on a roll and quickly stole the spot of No. 1 away from Endeavour.

Bakugo arrived at the tall building and as soon as he walked into the door. "Morning Bakugo..." Said a familiar voice, Shoto Todoroki.
                          
"Morning Icy-hot." Bakugo responded. "Anything special today or the norm?"
                          
"Just the normal routine, I may need you to cover for me today since there's more paperwork than expected for taking over the agency than anticipated." Shoto replied in his normal monotone voice.
                          
"No problem, I could use the extra work..." Bakugo said as he stretched.
                          
"Another rough night?" Shoto pondered.
                          
"Yeah..." Bakugo said looking away, no matter how good a friend Shoto was, he always had trouble talking about his nightmares to him. 
                          
"You should talk to Midoriya about it since you tense up around me when it comes to sleep..." Shoto said sipping his tea.
                          
"After work..." Bakugo said quietly.
                          
"Good, I can't have you freeze up on me just yet." Shoto chuckled a little.
                          
"I won't, just give me a heads up for when your work is going to start, so I can head to your area." Bakugo said waving at Shoto before leaving. Long day, lots of time to think... He thought while he slowly began patrol. Bakugo had fallen into the same routine everyday, pushing his feelings aside, capturing the occasional trouble maker, eat lunch, more work, go home and stare at his phone wondering if he should msg Izuku. Today was different however, it was quiet. He even manged to sit down and eat lunch. Scree!!!! BANG!!! What was that!?  He thought while quickly running out of the building his lunch half eaten. 
                          
"Pardon me, but I couldn't help myself, I saw such a lovely lady and I had to take her as my own." Said a strange man on a hovering steel tube, holding a young woman who was out cold.
                          
PomPost! His quirk, Metal Manipulation! If he touches metal it will do whatever his mind commands it to do, of course, to do this for a long period of time it will hurt his head and wear him down.
                          
"Put the lady down tube head!!" Roared Bakugo, launching toward PomPost.
                          
"I don't think I will." He promptly responds slamming his foot into the post which lowers down into a car, he grabs hold of the metal and it peels off the car with ease turning into a massive wall in front of Bakugo, this provides PomPost a chance to use his tube and fly off quickly.
                          
"YOU'RE NOT GOING ANYWHERE!!" Bakugo yelled over a loud and bright explosion which obliterated the wall.
                          
"Wha-" PomPost was cut off by a knee to the face, which caused him to drop the woman. Bakugo promptly caught her.
                          
Alright, hold her tight. Bakugo thought holding her close to him setting off a final large explosion which sent PomPost into a building, knocking him out.
                          
As Bakugo landed with the criminal in one hand, the woman in the other. A crowd had gathered.
                          
"Dynamight!!!" Yelled out a small boy. "You saved her, my mom!" Bakugo lightly set the woman down and leaned her against a building. "Thank you!" The boy says hugging the woman who was slowly coming to her senses.
                          
"You're welcome kid." Bakugo squatted down. "How do you feel?"
                          
"I'm alright just shock got to me and I passed out." She responded hugging the boy back. Police quickly arrived and took it from there.
                          
"Stay safe you two." He said before launching off. He felt something in his ear buzz and he tapped the small ear-peice. "What is it Icy-Hot?"
                          
"I'm getting a report of a robbery, near you, some guy that seems to have a manticore quirk." Shoto said. "They said he took off into the sky-" Shoto was cut off.
                          
"Found him!" Bakugo tapped the ear-peice and hung up, blasting his way to the manticore man. "HEY!!! PUT THE JEWELRY DOWN!!!" Bakugo roared as he kept up his train of explosions.
                          
"Absolutely not!!!" Roared the beast with a mouth full of bags stuffed with jewelry. Bakugo launched over the beast and then launched towards it. It swooped down under Bakugo letting its scorpion tail slash at Bakugo. He promptly responded by blasting away from the slash and slamming his foot into the back of the beast. The beast groaned and went downwards, it used the dive to gain speed.
                          
"GET BACK HERE!!!" Bakugo blasted forwards to keep up before stretching out one hand and the other created a circle on his palm. AP Shot: Auto-Cannon!! Small explosive ball's fired from his hand landing on the beasts' wings hole's forming in the wings, causing the beast to fall into the ground. It's head slams into the concrete sidewalk and drags along it for a few meters before it stops, the beast was out cold.
                          
Bakugo lands beside it and removes the jewelry from its mouth. "Sad really, if you worked this hard at a real job, you wouldn't need to be a criminal.." He said under his breath. Sirens finally caught up and police stepped out, taking the criminal from him.
                          
"Thank you Dynamight." Said an officer.
                          
"No problem, he's feisty so be careful." He responded by handing over the jewelry. He felt the buzz in his ear. "Gotta go!" He runs than launches off into the air. "What is it this time Icy-Hot?"
                          
"Just wanted to say good work out there thanks for covering my shift, Endeavour will take over that night shift you have normally, I just finished the paper work and tomorrow, He will announce his retirement. Go rest up, we'll be busy tomorrow." Shoto said.
                          
"Right, Take care of yourself." Bakugo said hanging up than landing at his place walking in and sitting on the couch letting out a sigh.
                          
An hour passed and it wouldn't go away, this nagging feeling, something wasn't right. He pulled out his phone and looked to the top contact. Not-so Shitty Deku, No new messages. I can't talk to anyone else about this right now...He thought while he hit the call button, holding the phone to his ear. "Hey Deku... You free tonight?"
