Maurice Diggersby, the handyman at Mad Tom Farm, likes to see that things are done right, and keeping things up and running on an estate that houses four generations of one eccentric family is no small task. When odd things go missing and mysterious lights appear in the barn at all hours of the night, he and Samson have their hands full holding the place together.
From the ministrations of Augusta the family matriarch (who knows a bit about everything and is just waiting for someone to ask), to the misadventures of six-year-old Charlie, the youngest member of the clan, the Bertram family keeps Maurice and his faithful dachshund, Samson, on their toes. Throw in the renter's little girl with her interest in mail, a contractor with some confusion about his tools, a shark, a fog machine and a misplaced mule, and Maurice's steady presence is much in demand. Join the quirky residents of Mad Tom Farm for a week of gentle humor and lighthearted fun.

The Puppy Plot - Buddie

17 parts Ongoing Mature

Christopher wants a dog. Buck, the walking embodiment of chaos, is immediately on board. Eddie? Absolutely not. It's too much work, too much responsibility. They can barely handle Buck's antics, let alone a puppy. But what starts as Christopher's simple question quickly turns into an all-out siege. First comes the PowerPoint presentation, packed with dog puns and shameless emotional blackmail. Then, the firehouse launches a full-scale campaign, flooding Eddie's phone with an endless stream of puppy pictures. And Buck? Buck plays the long game, slowly sneaking dog supplies into Eddie's house. First a bowl, then a leash, then puppy food until suddenly, their home is suspiciously ready for a dog Eddie swears they're not getting. And then, after Eddie inevitably folds, Buck and Christopher find the perfect dog-a scrappy little puppy with one floppy ear, boundless energy, and a talent for mischief. A tiny menace who fits right into their family.
