C H R I S T M A S
"Faith, honey, be careful and hold onto your daddy!" I exclaimed as I watched the golden-haired beauty place a golden star on top of the Christmas tree.
"Honey, don't worry," Rosen tried to calm me down. "I'm not gonna let anything happen to our princess." He holds Faith carefully, making sure not to drop her. Once Faith had set the golden star on top of the Christmas tree, she giggled and clapped her hands together.
"Look, mommy, I did it." she exclaimed whilst Rosen placed a kiss on his forehead and set her down on the floor. Faith came running over to me, hugging my legs.
"Oof," I made a little noise when the force him me. The little child giggled more as she ran through the house like an energizer bunny. I turned to Rosen, who had walked to my side at this point. "Where does she get that energy?" I asked him.
"I don't know," Rosen kissed my temple. "Must be from her mother."
"You know I'm like the laziest person ever," I explained as I sat down on the couch slowly, placing a hand on the gigantic pregnancy bump I was currently supporting. "she definitely didn't get her energy from me."
Currently, I was about seven months pregnant with my second and third child. Rosen and I were just shooting for another child since Faith was almost four-years-old now, but God decided to be all 'Sike you thought! Why don't you have twins instead', so now, there are two little humans growing inside of me, instead of one.
"Maybe she's a miracle baby." Rosen shrugged. "Do you want something to drink?" He asked me as he started heading towards the kitchen, probably to look for our little troublemaker.
"A cup of tea would be lovely, thank you," I told my husband as he disappeared.
Rosen and I have been married for almost five years now. Every day with him feels like a dream, a beautiful dream that I don't ever want to wake up from. We got married during our junior year of college and shortly after I got pregnant with Faith.
Let me tell you, keeping up with school and the pregnancy was hard. I was moody a lot. Super hungry all the time and I constantly wanted to pee. I really don't know how I did it, but somehow I did and I'm grateful that now I have a little munchkin running around that is mine and Rosen's child. Never in a million years would I have guessed that our high school romance would go this far.
"Here you go, sweetie." Rosen handed me the cup of tea and sits down. "Faith is baking cookies with your Mom. Apparently, she wanted to help although your Mom didn't really need help. Faith's just tossing flour onto the counters and telling Allie about her new obsessions. "
I almost cried at that. "Oh, God, she's so precious. I just want to wrap her up into a little cocoon and place her on my bed so nothing bad would ever happen to her."
Rosen laughed at my statement. "I don't think she'd like that very much."
My heart almost leaped out of my chest when I see Sven's name flashing on the screen of my phone. Immediately, I pick it up and set it on speaker. "Hey, Sven!" I greeted him.
"Holy fuck, I think I'm gonna die," Sven exclaimed.
"What's wrong, buddy?" Rosen asked him.
Sven took a deep breath. "She just went into labor. I'm gonna be a father! Well, I mean, we're in the hospital right now and she's gone to do whatever they do before giving birth, but holy crap I'm gonna be a father."
"Congratulations! That is amazing." I told him.
Sven met the love of his life in college and they've been together ever since. I didn't like her that much at first but I shortly realized that girl was perfect for Sven. They basically got married about a year and a half after they met, but of course, they're just now having a baby. Apparently, Sven's wife wasn't completely ready for that since she's a little younger and since Sven's a gentleman, he respected her decision.
"How are you both doing? Hazel, are you gonna be giving birth any time soon? Are our children going to be birthday buddies?" Sven asked, clearly slightly delusional at this point and way too eager to become a father.
"Sven, she has two more months to go," Rosen told him as Faith walked in and joined us on the couch. "Oh, hey, Faith's here. Wanna say hello to her?"
Sven's voice immediately softened. "Hey, my little angel! How's Christmas?"
Faith giggled at Sven's voice. "Hi, Sven!" she greeted him. "I miss you, when are you coming to visit?"
Faith completely ignored Sven's question. What a cute little child.
"I'll come as soon as I can, okay, pumpkin?"
"Okay!" Faith agreed. "Bring me candy when you come." then she proceeded to run back into the kitchen, probably to eat raw cookie dough or just to annoy my mother.
"Hey, hey, guys, I have to go. She needs me. I'll keep you updated on everything. Merry Christmas!" Sven said.
"Merry Christmas, Sven," Rosen and I said at the same time and clicked 'end call'.

Now, this is an unexpected surprise, huh?! I decided to hit you with literally the tiniest Christmas special ever but hope some of you now know what everybody's future will be like about 7-8 years after Unraveling Rosen.
