Being bi is hard. Everyone has an opinion on what you actually are as long as it's not bisexual. you can be even more bisexual and call yourself pansexual. you can be using bisexuality as a safe place between being Cis-trans or between straight - homosexual. but some of us are actually Bisexual. and for some terms like pansexual didn't exist until well into our twenties or thirties. or if it did it was just a more inclusive form of bisexuality. which is confusing to me because bisexuality is all about inclusivity and not caring about a person's gender but more about how you feel towards every gender. the traditional definition of bisexual is to love more than 1 type of person. but now people are saying no, no that's what pansexual means, Bi means only males and females and that it is trans-non-inclusive. which is stupid because it was through having relationships with trans people that I understood that it was okay to love both genders equally. it's never been about sex for me. it's always been about emotion and building connections. and apparently, there are new terms for that as well. but I don't want to add a whole bunch of new labels and change the one I am used to and have used in order to fit other peoples standards. I am Bi. I am Proud. I am Out. Whether people like it or not.
I Am Not Invisible. I Am Valid in My Existence. I Am Bi. I Am Me. and I Am Proud.
Stop trying to change me and make me conform. That's not what I'm about. I know what I am even if your definition of me changes you cannot fully erase me. I am alive, I am human, I do exist and as much as you might like to you can't stop that.
