4 years ago, I would've never forgiven you after learning the truth of that night. But today, I've decided to let it go. Not because what you did was right, but because my soul needs to rest for today.
I still visit the graveyard every year to mourn. After all, I did love him, right? 5 years ago after I discovered what really happened, I regret running and lashing out everywhere. Maybe things wouldn't have turned out this way?
Thinking back, maybe it was for the better. I've learned alot since then and I'm slowly learning to love again. I just wish I learned sooner.
