Sephyr
Darkness surrounded me.It was dark and cold.
I was falling with no knowledge of where I was or where I was falling to.

Voices surrounded me. The voices rushed and quiet as if whispered.
"She's the one."
"Call master."
"Should we help her?"
"No, call master."
"Is she the one."
"She's weak."
"She's Aleka."
"Let us wake her."
"No, call master, call him."

I kept hearing the voices, I tried opening my eyes but to no avail.
I couldn't control any part of my body.

Suddenly, I fell on a hard surface and pain erupted through my body but I could control my body once again.

A putrid smell reached my nose and the ground under me felt wet.

Out of confusion and curiosity, I opened my eyes and stood on my feet, although I was a bit dizzy.

I looked around and nausea struck me. I was in the same forest I was before, blood was splattered everywhere with no source.

It was just blood. I took a few steps back trying to get  away from the blood. My back hit something cold and wet. I turned around and screamed.

Drake's head was hanging on the tree and his body was no where to be found. I stood there staring at him with tears streaming down my face.

I couldn't believe it, Drake was dead. I hadn't known him for long but he was still a part of my life.

It's all my fault, he died because of me. If I hadn't acted childish, going into the forest then he would not have died. It's all my fault.

I sank to the forest floor, wrapping my hands around my legs, I cried out and mourned for the friend who gave his life for me.

He's gone, he is really gone but it doesn't seem real. Maybe it's a dream, I'll wake up and everything will be fine again. With hope sparking in me, I opened my eyes but the hope dispersed when I still saw myself staring at his head that will probably give me nightmares later on.
Mum and Eunice. I forgot them, where are they?

I stood up,wiping my tears. I took Drake's head and buried it. It was not a befitting burial but it was the least I could do for him after all he had done for me. I stood at newly dug grave and cried, wishing him a final goodbye.

I walked away with a heavy heart and started my search for mum and Eunice.

I walked deeper into the forest with tears rolling down my cheeks.

The forest got darker as I walked deeper.
Then I saw them, mum and Eunice.

"Mum!"
"Eunice!"
I ran towards them and cradled their lifeless bodies.
Why?
Why did this happen to them?
It should be me dead, not them.
It's my fault, it is all my fault.
I kept crying and screaming, holding their bodies tight.

"Please wake up, I am sorry. I'll go to Mesophath with you."

"Please, wake up!" I cried out.

The scene around me changed and I saw myself in a room.
It looked like a throne room.

There was an empty throne at the left side of the room.
It was made from Sterling Silver with precious stones dotted round it. Next to it, a smaller throne stood was placed there.

It was made of silver with rubies, sapphires and emeralds spread round it.

The floor of the room was tiled and cleaned to perfection, it was so clean that I could see my reflection.

There was a golden chandelier hanging from the ceiling. The  walls were painted a maroon color and it had several paintings on it.

I stood in awe temporarily forgetting the events that took place in the forest.I swirled around, taking everything in. This place was breathtaking.
