Chapter 12- Heads or Tails

                                    

                                              
"Fine I will check her now so raise your head from the floor, the floor is dirty." As Abbi said that she got from chair which was next to her desk and she went other to bed where Leila was laying on her. Once she reached over Leila, she saw that Leila eye lids started to twitch which made Abbi realise that she was fine. "You guys should probably go back to class." Said Abbi. "But..." Said Lynsey. "You guys staying here won't help her to get better." Said Abbi. "She's right Lynsey let's go back to class." As Lyla said that Lynsey open up the door and both left the room, Lyla then closed behind both of them and they both headed back to their class. Abbi then sat back down and pulled out a box of cigarettes, she then open up the box and pulled one out. "There gone now so you can open up your eyes." But Leila didn't do what Abbi said so Abbi lit a cigarette and put it in her mouth she then pinched Leila nose and waited for Leila to stop pretending to be asleep. After about fifteen seconds of Abbi pinching Leila nose, Leila eyes shot opened up and she started gasping for air. "What are you doing?." Asked Leila confused about why Abbi pinch her nose for so long without any permission.

                          
"I could ask you the same thing. You know your not allowed to pretend to be sick. So why did you pretend to faint in class?" Asked Abbi. "Because... Because I need to go and see someone and didn't want to leave uni without an excuse, so I pretend to be sick by raising my temperature with the radiator in the girls toilet." Said Leila. "I see." Said Abbi. "So... Now that you know that. Can give me a sick slip so that I leave uni with an excuse." Asked Leila. "No way, I'm sorry but I'm not going to do that." Said Abbi before blowing loads of smoke from her mouth. Abbi then sat down once more and continued doing her computer work, while Leila sat up and took a deep breathe. "Please Abbi. I want to go see Felix, I've told you in the past about a boy called Felix right?" Asked Leila. Abbi put her cigarette out and stopped her work, she then turned around in her chair to face Leila. "Yeah you told me about him. He used to be one of your closest friends. But then he disappeared after he asked you out and you rejected him in year ten." Said Abbi.

                          
"That's correct, but he has finally contacted me and he wants to meet up with me today in place which is pretty far so can you please give me sick slip so that I have an excuse for missing the rest of uni?" Asked Leila. Abbi looked up at the ceiling and sighed and then she went back to her desk and wrote a sick note for Leila. She then handed it Leila and said "This will be the first and last time that I will be doing this." Leila took the sick slip and said "your best Abbi thanks" she then got up from the bed and left the infirmary and headed for the entrance of uni to leave while Abbi continued with her work. As Leila was walking she saw Jace with Tyler and Ryan, they both looked worried nervous but Leila didn't know why. "Brother." Said Leila. "Oh hi sis. What are you doing out of class?" Asked Jace. "Oh... Well I went toilet half way through my class and as I was coming back I collapsed, so I was carried to infirmary by Lynsey and Lyla." Said Leila. "Are you okay now then?" Asked Jace. "Yeah I'm fine, Abbi gave me sick slip and told me to go home. What are you doing out of your class?" As Leila asked which made Jace slowly start to sweat again as he didn't want her to know what he was doing.

                          
"Well... I don't have class at the moment so I was just doing my own thing and then I bumped into these two and they told me they bumped into you when you was on the bus. So we was just discussing the some things before our next class started. Isn't that right Tyler and Ryan?" Both Tyler and Ryan looked at Jace and knew the answer which they had to give to Leila if they didn't want to get hurt so they both nodded there head to answer Jace question. "Oh Okay well I better be going as I feel light headed." Said Leila. "Should you I guide you home, I know your capable of going home by yourself but I wouldn't want you to collapse on the street." Said Jace. "No I should be fine, I'll see you when you get home." As she said that she headed down some stairs and continue to head for the main gates of uni while Jace gave off a sigh of relief. "Listen up you two even those you lied to my sister for me. It doesn't mean I gonna make your punishment for not robbing the store I told you to rob, less worse so move up to the roof where your punishment will happen. Now move." Tyler and Ryan then went up the stairs slowly with Jace following them to the roof, while they were heading there both Tyler and Ryan were trying to think of a way to get themselves out of the situation which they were in. But knew that it didn't matter if they got away as Jace knew how to find them so they just decided to take his punishment.

                          
As they got to the door of the roof they both stop and started to reconsider about taking his punishment. "Well what are you two waiting for open the door." Said Jace. "Look Jace where sorry not following your orders but me and Ryan felt bad from robbing a store like that, I mean the people who owned the store seemed so old." Said Tyler. "So what. If I tell you do something then guess what? You better do it." Said Jace. "That's messed up Jace. I don't care who you are but I can't rob an old person, even if they are bad people." Said Ryan. Jace then pulled out a pocket knife and laughed and then he said "look I don't want to kill you to. I really don't, but if you don't want open up the door the roof then I can just send you both to a better place. However if you enjoy life and want to live I would suggest that you open that door now." Once he said that Tyler swung the door wide open and saw the rest of Jace group standing there menacingly, Tyler took the first step out with Ryan and Jace following behind. Jace then put the pocket knife away and closed the door behind him, he then said "Ryan, Tyler. Take ten steps forward and get on knees and face me." As he said that both Ryan and Tyler slowly took ten steps forward, got on their knees and turned to face him. While they were doing this people around them started to whisper and murmur so that Ryan and Tyler couldn't hear them. "Everyone please quite down. (takes five steps towards them) Now these two have broken rule of our little group here. They decided to not listen to instructions." Said Jace.

                          
"Jace were sor..." Before Ryan could finish his sentence Jace shouted "Even those I made my instruction for these two crystal clear! I see that we have some new members so this will be very important lesson to the new comers to not to disobey my orders." As Jace said that the crowd of people around them started to laugh. "Jace please." Said Tyler. "Heads or tails?" Asked Jace. "What?" Said Tyler puzzled, Jace then took another five steps and punched Tyler straight in the face and then he said "I didn't really think that would have to repeat myself especially for you but I guess I was wrong. So Head or tails?" Asked Jace once more. "Heads." Said Tyler after spiting some up saliva from Jace punch. Jace then pulled out a coin and tossed it into the air, the coin flip from heads to tails and from tails to heads while it was in the air. After about seven seconds the coin hit the ground and as it did everyone looked at it to see what it land on and it landed on tails. "That's unfortunate. I guess you don't get any choice on what you lose. Now Ryan choose one of these letters. E or t?" Asked Jace. "E." Said Ryan confidently. "Not a bad choice." Said Jace. He then clicked his fingers and eight people came out from the crowd and hold down both Tyler and Ryan.
