Dean was a fighter. A Criminal, he had expected to die young. He just didn't expect it to be like this. He didn't expect the FBI or the Deal. He didn't expect the fear and the betrayal and he certainly didn't expect Agent Castiel Novak. The man who stormed into his life and tore it to shreds. Castiel was probably the reason why Dean was going to die. Worst part was Dean couldn't hate him. In fact his feelings on the matter where probably the opposite. Not that, that matters now, not when the gun goes off.

He remembers nothing about Sam or Dean or even himself for that matter, but something is itching at the wall in the back of his head trying to break through, it wants to get out but can't. He gets fragments of things every so often but they are of pain and torture and a redhead he doesn't know the name of. One day a pleasant memory comes through the cracks in his wall he can't place where it came from. The only thing he knows is he needs to find the man with the stunning green eyes. When Winter Graham moves to South Dakota with Sam, Dean, and Bobby, she finds out her distant friends aren't all that they seem. They're hunters of the supernatural, and now she is too. The brothers are stationary, staying at Bobby's, which means they have to go to high school. In Math class, Winter notices Dean has a particular interest in a guy named Castiel Novak, so she takes matters into her own hands, juggling hunting, homework, and a relationship that isn't even her own. Things work out just fine until an awry incident causes Dean and Cas to go missing after school one day. Soon after, a life-threatening trade may just cause Winter her life, but maybe it's worth it. This story involves Teen!Cas and Teen!Dean, so I suppose you could call it a high-school AU. The story is under major construction, so some parts are going to be a little jagged until i can go back and edit them. It's non-slash, but more on the fluffy side.
